A2: Currently, there are 3 ways to purchase items, they are Paypal, Adyen and onecard. You will see them when you pay for the items, choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Q3: When can I claim the items I purchase?
A3: When the purchase order is completed, the item will be sent to your account almost instantly, so you can login game and claim the item from mail system right away.
Q4: What if I don't get the item I purchased?
A4: Normaly, the item you purchase will be sent to your account in 15 minutes, if you don’t get it in 15 minutes, please contact our Service Team for help.
Q5: Is there any limit for the purchase?
A5: There is no limit for how many items you can purchase, you can purchase as many items as you wish. But there is a total price limit for each order, that is you cannot purchase items worth more than 500 USD in one order, if you want to purchase more, you need to place multiple orders.
