1. Creating an Account: In order to play, you must first create a Conquer account. For this, you have two choices: Ⅰ. Visit the official Conquer website at http://co.99.com/index and click on "Register", to create a new account.II. You can also click on the "Standard Definition - Start" or "High Definition - Start" button to access the login server interface, click on Sign Up on the login server interface. An account consists of an account ID and a password. These two pieces of information allow you access to the characters stored on the servers. Keeping your password secret is of the utmost importance to maintaining your account security! 2. Identification Number: For security reasons, you are required to provide a unique identification number if you wish to modify your data (registered email address, password, security question, etc.). If you don't want to use your real information, make sure you use something that you can remember easily, but not something that can be guessed. Otherwise your account could be locked indefinitely, should there be a problem. 3. Changing Account Details: You can click on "Support" at http://co.99.com/index and go to the CO Customer Service Center, to change your password. 4. Retrieve a New Password: Go to CO Customer Service Center and click "Forget Password" to retrieve a new password for your account. You will be asked to fill out your security question, answer, and registered email address (the email you gave when you signed up for the account). Once completed, a new password will be sent to your registered email. |
