The Lucky Wheel event will be from Jan. 9th to Jan. 22nd. You can try your luck and win Rare Yellow and Blue Runes (B) from the Lucky Wheels. You can select new rare Yellow Rune Time Reversal (+1) (B), Stealth Dragon (+1) (B) and Sky Soarer (+1) (B) from the Rare Rune Selection Box.
Time Reversal (+1): Equip it to acquire the Time Reversal skill. Passive: Dealing damage grants a 5% chance to increase the enemy`s skill cooldown by 1 second. Probability decreases by 5% for every point of BP difference.
Stealth Dragon (+1): Equip it to acquire the Stealth Dragon skill. Passive: Dealing damage grants a 10% chance (reduces by 7% for each point of BP difference) to dispel the enemy`s Chaotic Dance state.
Sky Soarer (+1): Equip it to acquire the Sky Soarer skill. Passive: Dealing damage grants a 1% chance to increase the hit rate of Hawkeye Mythsoul by 1% for 7 seconds. (The effect also works without Hawkeye Mythsoul.)
