Walkthrough

1. Talk to the Fortune Envoy in Twin City (273,385) to claim a bowl of Lucky Dumplings.
2. Eat the dumplings to receive an extra reward.
3. When you finish the free Lucky Dumplings, you can buy more from the Fortune Envoy, up to 3 times. Choose one of the chances to buy 10 bowls at a time, and 1 bowl for the other two chances.
