Halloween without fancy costumes is not Halloween. While this year, Mondial who have acquired the shapeshift spell will make it a little different. All heroes above Level 80 or reborn are invited to test his new spell. Mondial promises nice rewards to those who succeed in the test.
Everyday from Oct. 27th to Nov. 3rd. he will tell you what you need to turn into, and then you just go activate the Shapeshift Stone. Since the magic is still under testing, something unexpected may happen. Don't worry, he can handle it. If you successfully turn into what he wants, he'll reward you a nice gift.
