The Character Transfer function will be launched on Oct. 28, 2025. Character Transfer allows players to move a character from Account A to Account B, but it must be within the same server.
There are 2 types of character transfer, Free transfer for server merge and paid transfer for SVIP 3 players.
Note: Please be advised that before initiating the transfer, players should claim all in-game available rewards, including those from event pages, PK events, mail, etc. This is to prevent any potential loss of rewards due to the transfer process. Please note that upon a successful transfer, all data of the transferred character will be permanently wiped and cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution. An account can only transfer or be overwritten once every 30 days.
Free Transfer for Server Merge
NPC: Sansa at Twin City (391,500)
Transfer Page: Talk to NPC Sansa to enter the Transfer Page.
Requirement: Server Merge & Character Transfer Token (Contact our customer service to apply for the token.)
In the case of server mergers, if you want to restore a character that was deleted due to the merger, you need to follow these steps:
For example, if both merged servers had characters A and B, and after the merger, character B was deleted, the steps to restore character B are as follows:
1. First, delete character A.
2. Restore the desired character B in CO Customer Service Center.
3. Contact our customer service to apply for a transfer item—Character Transfer Token. Please note that the Character Transfer Token must be sent to Character B. Use this item to obtain transfer attempts. If the application is approved, the Character Transfer Token will be sent via the in-game mail system.
4. Create a new character on a separate new account.
5. Use the character transfer page to transfer character B to the new account.
6. Restore character A on the original account.

The Verification Code will be sent to the registered email of the account. Please check your inbox and enter the code.
Step 3: Transfer Confirmation
Step 4: Transfer Verification (2 Days)
After your transfer request is confirmed, there is a 2-day verification period before it processes. You can still play the character during this time and cancel the transfer at any time from the transfer page if you change your mind. Please be advised that before initiating the transfer, players should claim all in-game available rewards, including those from event pages, PK events, mail, etc.
Step 5: Transfer processing (The transfer will be processed at the next server maintenance after the Transfer Verification is complete.)
For example, if your 2-day Transfer Verification period happens to span across the maintenance, your character transfer will be completed during the following Tuesday's maintenance. Please take the timing into consideration.
Paid Transfer for SVIP 3 Players

Requirement: SVIP 3 and pay 1000 CPs to transfer one character.
