We are excited to unveil a significant evolution of the Supreme VIP, bringing enhanced rewards, new content, and exclusive benefits. Please review the following key updates to ensure you make the most of your SVIP membership.
1. New In-game Content: SVIP Glory Sanctum

2. Enhanced Rewards & Important Deadline
Rewards for some SVIP tiers are being upgraded. If you wish to claim any rewards from the previous system, you must do so before 00:00 on Oct. 1 US Server Time(08:00 on Oct. 1 EU Server Time). We strongly advise claiming them well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.

3. Retirement of Old Sura Battleground
The Sura Battleground will be permanently retired on December 31, 2025. Until this date, you can still use the SVIP Challenge Ticket you already have to access it in-game. Please plan accordingly, as this feature will be unavailable after the deadline.
The SVIP Challenge Ticket will no longer be obtainable.
4. New Upcoming Feature: Character Transfer for SVIP 3+
As an exclusive new benefit, players with SVIP 3 or higher will soon be granted the ability to transfer a character from one account (account A) to another (account B) on the same server. Each Character Transfer requires the purchase of an attempt using CPs. This new feature will go live in a future update—please await the official announcement for further details.
