During the Worldly Dream event, an abnormality occurred with the usage limits for the Starmarrow Random Pack in the event shop. This issue led to a significant disparity in points earned among players based on the items they purchased.
We will implement corresponding adjustments to the points and reward earnings for players who have used more than 100 Starmarrow Random Packs. The specific handling rules are as follows:
1. For players who opened more than 100 Starmarrow Random Packs, a points reduction will be implemented. The reduction amount is set at 100 points for each additional pack opened beyond the initial 100.
2. Resolution for Players Who Opened Under 2,000 Packs:
Players who opened fewer than 2,000 packs can keep the items they acquired from the packs. However, their event points will be corrected to reflect the proper amount based on the adjusted pack count.
3.Resolution for Players Who Opened Over 2,000 Packs:
Players will receive a refund for the CPs spent on packs beyond the 2,000th pack. The refund amount will be deducting the value of any fashion items obtained from those packs.
Items from first 2,000 Packs will remain with the player. Recovery of Progress and Points: All abnormal progression (equipment growth, donations, etc.) gained from packs beyond the 2,000th pack will be rolled back. Furthermore, their event points will be corrected.
The adjustment of points, equipment development, and donation progress will be completed in the maintenance on Sept. 2, 2025. The specific timetable for CP refunds will be announced separately.
