There is an error with the Meow Planet Fragment in the Astral Wishcraft event. The cost to make up each missing fragment is currently 600 CPs, but it should actually be 400 CPs. We will fix this issue during the maintenance on Nov. 12.
For players who have already spent 600 CPs to make up the fragments, we will refund the excess CPs spent later. Details will be announced later.
