What's more, the exchange of old and new rune box fragments is available this time! If you have the old Rare Yellow Rune Box Fragments from the December, 2022 and May, 2023 rune wheel events, you can exchange them here for new Rare Yellow Rune Box Fragments in this event.

There are 2 types of Lucky Wheels: Stellar Canopy Fragments (B) Wheel and Rune Wheel.
Stellar Canopy Fragments (B) Wheel
1. Talk to NPC Devana to visit the Lucky Wheel interface. Pay CPs to spin the wheel.

2. There are 14 rewards in the Parasol Wheel. Every spinning requires a different amount of CPs.
3. You won't get the same reward repeatedly, which means you'll take all 14 rewards away after spinning the wheel 14 times. The wheel will be reset after you claim all the rewards, and then you may start all over again.
