Due to an unforeseen situation, we must temporarily shut down the two Origin Servers for problem-solving.
Given the severity of the issue and significant unauthorized gains by some players, we will roll back both TwinCity and PhoenixCastle_EU to the state they were in on May 21st. The CP purchases made by players from May 21st to the present will be refunded to their respective characters.
For issues other than credit, we will provide solution or compensation based on the specific circumstances. Details of the plan will be announced later. Please stay tuned.
