There are 2 types of Lucky Wheels: Parasol Wheel and Rune Wheel.
Parasol Wheel
1. Talk to NPC Devana to visit the Lucky Wheel interface. Pay CPs to spin the wheel.

2. There are 14 rewards in the Parasol Wheel. Every spinning requires a different amount of CPs.
3. You won't get the same reward repeatedly, which means you'll take all 14 rewards away after spinning the wheel 14 times. The wheel will be reset after you claim all the rewards, and then you may start all over again.
