We have released an ND Account Security APP to help players login the game faster and enhance the account security. You can download the APP here.
ND Account Security APP is released on Oct. 31st. Scan the QR code to login and enhance the account security.
(1) The ND Account Security APP can be downloaded from the exclusive page by clicking the QR Code Login button on the login interface.
(2) After binding the ND Account Security APP, players can directly log in to the game by scanning the QR code in the app.
(3) After binding the ND Account Security APP, the digital token function will be automatically enabled. Players need to enter the digital token to log in to the game.
(4) Other functions such as account lock and login lock are currently under development and will be available in future versions.
There are nice rewards for your first login with QR Code or Security Token. Click Benefits - Daily - Quick Login Gift to claim the rewards.
Binding Process:
Step 1:
Before you use the Netdragon Account Security Function, please fill in your Security Question and Answer in our website: https://account.99.com/v3/FillUserInfoV2.htm
Note: If you have already filled the information before, you can skip this step.
Step 2:
Choose one QR code below to scan and download the ND Account Security on your mobile phone.
Step 3:
Open the App and Input your game account and password to add your account.
Please read and check the <User Agreement>.
Step 4:
If you are binding Netdragon Account Security for the first time, you need to select the Security Question to verify your identity.
Step 5:
Select the Security Question you set up on the website before and answer it. After that, input your security code and the mail you want to bind with your account.
Step 6:
After successful authentication, please select your region and fill in the phone number to receive the verification code.
Note: This phone number will be your security mobile phone, please fill it in carefully.
Step 7:
Binding Completed! The six digitals shown here are your Token. Digitals will be changed, so don't miss it!
Note: please make sure the time on your device is correct. If the time on your mobile is not the same as real time, you cannot use this function.
Step 8:
Scan the QR Code or fill in Token in game login interface to login game.

Q: Can I bind multiple accounts?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: What if my phone was lost or stolen?
A: Please contact acct@netdragon.com or submit ticket through Customer Service Center to unbind your account. The related GM will help you with that.
Q: How to unbind Netdragon Account Security function?
A: Try following the steps in Unbinding first. If you cannot successfully unbind through these steps, please contact our customer service through our email: acct@netdragon.com to unbind your Netdragon Account Security.
Q: If I unbind Netdragon Account Security function, can I bind again?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: What can I do if code cannot be used?
A: If your code is incorrect, please try again. If you’re still having trouble, you might want to verify that the time on your device is correct. If the time on your mobile is not the same as real time, you cannot use this function.
