When the Star Divination event was first released on Oct. 11th, some players found and took advantage of an error in the event to get a lot of Arcane Essences illegally. We suspended the event immediately and started to deal with the players who benefitted from the error right away.
Handling Method:
1. We checked the data of the players who got Arcane Essences from the event and calculate the Ninjutsu Sigil upgrade EXP they got. The illegal EXP has been deducted from those players' Ninjutsu Sigil.
2. We are also handling the players who transferred to other servers after abusing the error.
3. The players who abused the error will be removed from the Star Divination event ranking. This will be done in the maintenance on Oct. 25th.
Now the error has been corrected and the Star Divination event has restarted. We are sorry for the inconvenience this issue caused, your kind patience and understanding are much appreciated.
