In the Spring Ball event, some players above 2nd rebirth could not get the rewards for sign-in. We are fully aware of the issue and will fix the bug in the maintenance on Feb. 10th. The event time will be extended to Feb. 18th so that players will have enough time to get the rewards. For players who did not get the rewards, please go to Leone at Twin City (312,435) to try again after the maintenance on Feb. 10th.
