In order to help players who cannot purchase TQ Point Cards with current payment methods, we are planning to recruit CP distributors. Please check out
the distributor requirements and rights below.
Requirement:
1. Distributor shall pay CO Team a cash deposit of USD 300,000. Which will be held for at least 1 year.
2. Distributor shall purchase at least one order per month and minimum value of products for each order is USD 100,000. 100% advanced payment is required for each purchase, and shall be made in US Dollar to the bank account appointed by CO Team.
3. Distributor shall bear all costs of localization, producing physical Product, sales, marketing and distribution for the Territory arising out of its activities under the Agreement. Party B shall provide end-user support and bear all costs associated with such support, including hosting the site of game information and the Product, bandwidth cost, billing system integration cost, end-user support and shipping cost.
Right:
1. Distributor will enjoy corresponding discount according to the sales amount, we can negotiate the details.
