It is a pity that some bugs occurred in the 1st round CS Team PK Tournament, making the joining tournament an unsatisfactory experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
For the tickets that players did not get from Team PK tournament in their own servers, we will go on to send them to the leaders of winning team. The leaders can give the tickets to members to exchange for High Morale Certificates.
Also, we will have compensation for this issue, we will send five 1000 Chi Points Packs to the team leaders who joined the 1st round CS Team PK. The leaders can trade the packs to team members as compensation.
Both tickets and the compensation will be sent out as soon as possible, we will finish sending the tickets before the 2nd round CS Team PK.
The 2nd round of CS Team PK will be normal without bugs of 1st round, you can go on to prepare for the 2nd round, it is on November 30th.
