The second round of Mr. & Ms. Conquer 2016 will come on Feb.22nd.
Every player in EU servers now can support the top 5 players of own server by 2 methods: Hand in flower or hand in CP. Hand on flower to NPC to support the player which you like. Different flower represent different support point.
The event page will be available soon. Heroes could check the rank later.
