We're glad to notify all of you, the noble VIP 7, that we have created a new Customer Service channel, exclusively for VIP 7 players. The Customer Service team has assigned one of the brightest staff, Ray Chan, to take charge of the service.
If you're a VIP 7 player, you can logon to Facebook and add Ray Chan to your friend list. When you send the friend request, please include your Account Login and Servers in the message for your friend request. Otherwise, your friend request may not be approved.
Note: If you're already a friend of Carina, you don't need to send a friend request to Ray Chan, again.
Once your friend request is sent, we'll review your account status before approving of your friend request. Once you're a friend of Ray Chan, you can follow his activity on timeline and send private message to him for assistance.
