Walkthrough:

1. Talk to the Festival Envoy in the Twin City to get clues about the event.

2. Go ahead to the Official Yu to learn details about the event.

3. He will give out gifts every even-numbered hour. Each time the event lasts for 5 minutes. Try to claim packs from him as many as you can!

1. You can only open 5 Moon Packs a day.
2. The Festival Envoy can teleport you to the Market 10 minutes before the event begins until 3 minutes after it starts.
