The Trade House will be fully opened from Oct. 3rd, 2020. You can pay CPs/US Dollars to purchase items (CPs & characters included) sold by heroes from the same server. The CPs you bought will be sent to your account right after purchasing and the character you bought will be added to the account you specified, but that account should not have a character on the target server.

Purchase Process

View Items

Enter Trade House
Enter the Trade House via the Trade House button in the game. Click [Buy] to view the available items (CPs & characters included). The items from the current server will be displayed by default. To view items from other servers, please select the server you want. However, you'll need to log in to the target server if you want to buy items from there.

On the [Buy] interface, you can view or buy the items in the notice period and the consignment period. You can also follow the characters you like, and view their status on the [Follow] interface.
Select Characters
You can set some criteria to select the characters you want. They can be arranged in ascending/descending order according to their Battle Power or price, or you can input a character name to search.
View Characters
Click [Character] to view the detailed information of each character.

Buy Items

You can buy items in consignment period directly. Please visit [Buy] - [Character], and then click the Buy button.
You'll receive the item within 10 minutes after the payment.
Security verification: Before buying, the buyer must pass the verification via the security code or the payment password of Trade House you set.
Note: The character you bought will be added to the account you specified. It will fail if the target account already has a character, and you'll need to input another account name to accept the character you bought.

Sell Items

1) Log in to the game and click [Trade House] to enter the interface.

2) Click [Sell] to register the items you want to sell in the Trade House.
3) After completing the item qualification checking, security verification and price setting, the item will be successfully added to the Trade House.

4) The information of the item will be on display during the notice period. If you're selling CPs, the corresponding CPs will be deducted. If you're selling a character, it will be suspended and forced to log out. You won't be able to log it in during the consignment period. Please create a character on another server and enter the Trade House if you want to cancel the consignment.
5) When an item is just put in the Trade House, it will enter the notice period. 1 day for CPs and 7 days for characters. You can check their information on [Notice Period].
6) The item will enter the consignment period right after the notice period. 3 days for CPs and 30 days for characters.
7) You can cancel the consignment on [My Trade], and then change the price and put it back for sale again.
8) If you want to put the removed item back for sale, you'll need to wait for an hour to do it, and then it will enter the notice period again.

Security Assurance
To protect the security of your account, security verification is required when you submit a request to sell an item.

Selling Requirements

1. Price Setting

CP Transaction: $10 ≤ Price ≤ $9,999.99
Character Transaction (CP): 2,700 CPs ≤ Price ≤ 27,000,000 CPs
Character Transaction (USD): $50 ≤ Price ≤ $100,000

1. Consignment Qualification Checking:

1) Please get divorced if you have a spouse.                              
2) Please quit your Guild first.                          
3) Please quit your Clan first.                          
4) Please quit your Union first.                          
5) Please leave your Mentor or expel your Apprentices first.                      
6) Please cancel the partnership if you have a trade partner.          
7) Please claim the items in your mailbox first.                    
8) Please clear the detained equipment first.
9) Please reach 2nd rebirth first.                
10) Your character can't be put on consignment if it's in Bot Jail.
11) Your PK points can't be higher than 100.

4. Note

1. If your account is confirmed to be abnormal or at a high risk of being hacked, the items you put in the Trade House will be removed.
2. If your account or the game is suspended, the items you put in the Trade House will be removed.
3. Please view Consignment Qualification Checking.
4. Items for sale can be removed anytime during the notice period or consignment period, and then you can change the price.

Notice Period:

When an item is just put in the Trade House, it will enter the notice period, which is the period before the consignment period. You can view the information of the items during this period. 
The character will be checked during the notice period for security purposes. It will be put on consignment successfully if it passes the notice period. If your account is hacked, and your items are put in the Trade House during this period, please report to our GM. We will get your items back if it's confirmed.

Consignment Period:

Successful Transaction
The items will enter the consignment period if they pass the notice period. 3 days for CPs and 30 days for characters.
The buyer will receive the item within 10 minutes after the trade (sometimes it may take longer. Please be patient. You can contact our GM if it takes too long).
Transaction Failed
Your item will be removed from the Trade House automatically if no one buys it during the consignment period. If you're online, the CPs you put for sale will be sent to your account directly. If you're not online, the CPs will be sent to your mailbox. The character you put for sale will be available to log in again.
Sell Expired Items Again:
If the item has been removed during the notice period, you should wait for an hour to put it back for sale and enter the notice period again.
