Alchemist Ferran just got a Mystery Furnace recently. It can smelt things in to Wheels of Illusion. If you can help him test this furnace and collect Wheels of Illusion, he will give you various rewards.
Using Chi Tokens, completing Realm quests or participating in 7 Qualifiers will bring you 5 Wheels of Illusion.
Note: Players will only get Wheels of Illusion by using Chi Tokens once a day.
Also, you can put required materials in the furnace to to get the corresponding number of Wheels of Illusion.
