1 CP can be exchanged for 3 CP (B), the uncreditable ratio you can never imagine. During the event, heroes can talk with CP Exchange Envoy (341,249 Twin City) to purchase CP (B) with CP. Every hero only can purchase 51,000 CP (B) in the event.
