A terrible plague pervades the desert. At first, Doctor Holt is trying his best to remedy the people in the villages. He asks for the help of heroes to collect an Aweto, a Fire Spirit Fang and a Savior Pill for a new medicine. He will even give a Meteor as a token of thankfulness.
However, the Doctor won't make it easy for you to prepare the medicine. You should work hard, run errands, kill monsters and collect items. Furthermore, he will hold out on giving you the crucial trade goods needed to exchange for the cure. It seems that the selfless doctor focuses on himself and his profits, first and foremost.
Save the Villagers
Requirement: Level 70+
NPCs: Doctor Holt (Backup City 474,254 or 442,258, Desert City 496,578 or 302,433 or 053,283), Antique Dealer (Bird Island 761,588)

Note: Doctor Holt is very difficult to find, as he moves from city to city. This quest involves going to and from different maps more than 8 times, so if you don't like running errands, this may not be fit for you.
Walkthrough
i. Find Doctor Holt in the desert, and he will tell you the story and ask you for help.
ii. Go to the forest and kill the Fire Spirit to get its Fangs. Then kill the Macaque in Love Canyon to get the Awetos (You’d better get as many Fangs and Awetos as possible).
iii. Take the Fire Spirit Fangs and Awetos to Doctor Holt, and he will tell you how to get a Savior Pill:
Find the Antique Dealer and exchange three antiques with him: Tang Fresco, King Sword and Amber Cup. Doctor Holt has all of them, but he won't give them to you even though the villagers are dying.
He only gives you one of the antiques randomly if you give him a Fire Spirit Fang and an Aweto. Thus, you should prepare as many Awetos and Fire Spirit Fangs as possible to avoid a repeated journey.
iv. After you get the three antiques ready, find the Antique Dealer in Bird Island to exchange for a Savior Pill.
v. Give the Savior Pill, Aweto and Fire Spirit Fang to Doctor Holt, and he will give you a meteor.
vi. As to the odd antiques left, you may sell them to the Antique Dealer or repeat the procedure to make them in a set of Tang Fresco, King Sword and Amber Cup.
