Enchanted Effects: You can gain extra HP from equipping Enchanted Items. The enchanted effects depend on the quality and type of Gem you use to enchant the item. The exact effect of the enchantment will vary, within a certain range.
Items can be enchanted as many times as you like. If the new attribute is higher than the old one, it will replace it. Otherwise, the enchanted attribute will remain the same.

How to enchant HP to an item?
Talk to Blessed Great Master in the Market (178,208) to learn the details about enchanting your items. Use the Wuxing Oven nearby, to open the Enchant interface. Put the item into the big slot and the gem into the smaller one, then click “Enchant”. The magic held inside the gem will be drawn out, and then fused into your item!
