Details:
1. Take the quest from Smart Sue (Wind Plain 286,385).
2. You have a chance to obtain a Winged Box and Couple Box by eliminating the monsters in Wind Plain.
3. You may get a Winged Cage by opening the Winged Box, and also may obtain a Couple cage by opening the Couple Box. If there is nothing in the box, go on hunting the monsters for more boxes in Wind Plain.
4. After you get both Winged Cage and Couple Cage, you can head for the City Wall (Twi City 248,292) and open the cages to set the love birds free.
5. After you get this done, you can return to Smart Sue for a reward.
