We're glad to announce that the Server Transfer Service is now back to normal, and available for use. All players can talk to the Server Transfer Office in Twin City (284,289), to transfer your character to your destination server.
However, the service was restored moments ago, and you may encounter congestion during the transfer. Please remain patient while your request for transfer is being processed.
We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have already caused you, and will keep our eyes on the Server Transfer Service, to make sure every request will be handled properly.
