Artifacts are equipment purified with Dragon/Martial Souls, which improve the equipment's attributes. After stabilization, temporary artifacts become permanent artifacts.

I. Dragon/Martial Souls

1. What are Dragon/Martial Souls?
Dragon/Martial Souls are special items dropped by the bosses. These items have special attributes and can be purified with the equipment. Higher-phase dragon souls also have special visual effects.

2. Where can I get Dragon/Martial Souls?
Bosses across the world are carrying Dragon/Martial Souls with them. Take care of them and loot these purification materials. Unlike the Martial Souls Small Bosses worldwide have, the dragon souls are carried by the Terato Dragon, Snow Banshee, Lava Beast, Sword Master and Thrilling Spook.

II. Purification

1. After looting the monsters for Dragon/Martial Souls, take your loot and speak with the Purification Stabilizer in Market (182,199). He'll help you purify your equipment with Dragon/Martial Souls. Keep it in mind that Dragon/Martial Souls vary in types and they can only purify equipment of the same type as theirs. For instance, you can only use Bracelet Dragon Soul to purify Bracelets.

2. After the Purification Stabilizer opens the Purification interface for you, put the Equipment you wish to purify and a corresponding Dragon/Martial Soul in the designated slots and click OK to purify the equipment.

3. It takes a few meteors to purify equipment. Make sure you have enough of them to pay the fee. Remember, these Artifacts are only temporary and will return to its previous status after seven days.

4. If you are not satisfied with the current purification, you can purify your equipment with new purification. Your current purification can restore after the new purification expires.

III. Stabilization

The Purification Stabilizer's main job is to help players stabilize the Purification. Like the Refinery, the Purification effect expires and disappears after 7 days unless stabilized with Permanent Stones. These stones are available in the Shopping Mall or can be mined.

Different stabilization points are needed for a different phases of purification. Below is the number of Stabilization points you need to stabilize a temporary Purification.

Stabilization Points used to make the Purification permanent will be retained on the equipment, so when you need to stabilize another Purification on this equipment, your previous Stabilization Points are counted. This means that the Purification points needed to stabilize a new purification varies according to the phase gap between the two.

1, If the phase of the new purification is lower than that of the original one, say, to stabilize Phase-3 purification on a piece of equipment with stabilized Phase-5 Purification, it takes 10 Stabilization points.

2, If the phase of the new purification is the same as that of the original one, say, to stabilize Phase-3 purification on a piece of equipment with stabilized Phase-3 Purification, it takes 10 Stabilization points.

3, If the phase of the new purification is higher than that of the original one, say, to stabilize Phase-2 purification on a piece of equipment with stabilized Phase-1 Purification, it takes 20 Stabilization points, which is the gap between the points needed to stabilize the two phase of purification.
