Find the Love Messenger (Twin City, 425, 365) to learn more about all of the Valentine's Day Events.

The Love Messenger (Twin City, 425, 365) will ask you to find Suzerian Moon (Twin City, 516, 308). If you accept the quest offered, he will teleport you to the Darkmoon Valley. You can claim the prize from Suzerian Moon after you have defeated the dreaded Darkmoon Demon.

Note: You can only do this quest once a day, but you can challenge him up to 10 times a day, and will have a chance to receive a pack from the demon. Remember to use it to exchange for the gift pack from Suzerian Moon!
