Walkthrough:
Find the Love Messenger (Twin City, 425, 365) to learn more about all of the Valentine's Day Events.
The Love Messenger (Twin City, 425, 365) will ask the men to deliver flowers to the Pharmacists, Store Keepers, or Conductresses in each city. He will ask the women to deliver some chocolates to the Armorers, Warehouse Keepers, or Blacksmiths in each city. Remember to claim your prize from Love Messenger, after you have completed your deliveries!
Note: You can only do this quest once a day.
