Okay conquer inhabitants. I'm gonna try to make this as precise, and as simple as possible for ALL of you that are having trouble with "scent sword" or "fast blade".

1.  "PING LEVEL" First and foremost, your ping level must be decent enough to challenge anyone who is worth fighting... so, 200-450ping is what most people deal with. 450-600ping is still capable, but it will be tough. 0-200ping is PRIME for building your ss or fb skills.

2.  "SIMPLE SHADOW" Training your ss/fb skills all starts with the simple shadow functions. It acts as a guide to WHERE your target will land. Trying to ss/fb with full shadow will throw you off COMPLETELY... Unless you are a pro, and already know the jumping patterns by heart.

3.  "TIMING" Being able to SS or FB is all about timing. You MUST be quick with your left click jump, and right click ss/fb. You also have to have an idea as to where they are going to jump(or land). Most players have an uncontrollable habit of jumping in a pattern from which you can learn from.

Watch your enemy & Study the pattern of your enemy.

---IMPORTANT NOTE: WHEN SOMEONE CLICKS TO JUMP IN A CERTAIN SPOT, THE PROGRAMING OF CONQUER READS THIS AS A COMPLETE JUMP. MEANING THE CHAR HAS ALREADY LANDED THERE BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY SEE IT LAND THERE. (Understand? figure it out.)

Do you ever wonder why your Scent Sword or Fast Blade just went through some one with out hitting them?

4.  "WAIT FOR CONQUER HALTS/LAGS" There isn't an easy way to explain this, so try to follow what I'm saying... THE GAME lets you jump twice before landing in your second jump spot, FOR EXAMPLE: you jump to the left, and WHILE AIR BORN, you can already click to the right to jump right after you've landed the left jump, and your char will jump right. (Understand? figure it out.)

my point is that by WAITING for this inescapable HALT, you can ultimately find your final jumping point of your target/enemy. It is difficult at first, but understanding this way of the game, makes you a better SSer or FBer in the end. (note: there are also 3 Jump lags that you should watch for)

5.  "POTS" Another helpful tip in training your aiming skills is to drop pots on the ground randomly around an area. (pk arena is a great place to practice this) have a friend jump from pot-to-pot in any random order and sit in the middle of this. shoot the pot in which your friend is jumping to. (Remember my IMPORTANT NOTE? this is where you will see it the best while you are training)
