Recently, the CO Customer Service department has received many questions regarding the new server, Utopia, which began taking reservations and will open on August 26th. So, we put together a list of what's frequently asked for all our players!
Q: When I sign up, will my character be transferred to the new server Utopia, or the new server Utopia is just another new server for 2nd Reborn players?
A: As a matter of fact, the Utopia server is a completely new server. However, the difference is that only the 2nd Reborn players who have signed up for a spot can login to the Utopia server and create new characters when it opens.
Q: What's the use of the token received upon signup?
A: You can hand it over to your friends! When the Utopia server becomes available, we'll select 3 pairs of friends (6 lucky players), and give away an iPhone 5s or CPs as a prize! Besides, the token you received is not the credential you'll need to enter the new server. If you handed the token to a non-2nd Reborn player or a player who didn't sign up, the token will be useless, because the rewards will only be given to players on the Utopia server. Each of the players who have signed up for the new server can exchange tokens to increase chances for winning big prizes!
Note: Currently the token is unable to be traded, but we'll make it tradeable on Thursday. By then, you'll be able to give it to your friend!
Q: After the Utopia server opens, if I forgot to sign up, do I have a chance to get in?
A: If you didn't sign up for it, you will not be allowed to login and create a character. But, there's still a way. The Utopia Registar (Twin City 311,285) will not disappear from other servers, and will continue to serve. You can talk to the Utopia Registar in Twin City (311,285) to sign up after the opening of the Utopia server, and enter the new world.
