With the Apex of the Forbidden City introduced to the wide audience in the CO world, many card game fans have stormed the site, trying every skill up their sleeves to take the lead in the Sky Path and Apex of the Forbidden City.

However, not every hero is as lucky as our #1 challenger. "ChaosRedemp" from the Columbus server is now at Level 33. It's believed that soon enough he'll get past Level 33 and be the first legendary skylander!

With that being said, it might have piqued your curiosity how he managed to get past so many levels in such a short period of time. Let's take a look at what he has to say to our fans!

Will: Hi, ChaosRedemp! Nice to have you here with us.
ChaosRedemp: Hello, Will.

Will: We're going to talk about the AFC event today, and apparently you have led the Sky Path in the ranking at Level 33. The second runner up is currently at Level 15, so obviously he'll have a lot of catching up to do. Could you tell our fans how you did it so fast?

ChaosRedemp: Well I won Elite PK, which gave 50 cards. Killing players in Jiang brought a total of 10 cards, but sadly that was only a one time deal. I credited some for the attribute points reward. I did however put some money in, since having alot of Reallot Pills is needed to get a Gold card, which greatly helps the Basic Attributes.

ChaosRedemp: The rest is based on math. Calculating the odds of you having a Critical Strike on the opposing card, how much Defense you have compared to their Attack, and the number of rounds you will survive based on that difference. You have to look at your potential damage based on the number of rounds you can survive, as well as if you can get Critical Strikes. You will have to spend alot of time going for 1 hit Critical Strikes, for the cards that have both High Defense and High HP, but no Attack.

Will: Do you have any advice as to how you can climb up in the Sky Path with a limited amount of Attribute Points on hand?
ChaosRedemp: If you have a limited amount of Attribute Points, you will need a lot of Reallot Pills, as well as patience. Sometimes you will need to rely on Critical Strike to get through, just like I did on Stage 30. I had done 70+ matches against that card, attempting 3 Critical Strikes in 5 turns.

Will: Now you're currently sitting at Level 33. What will you do to get past it?
ChaosRedemp: The Speed of the cards have not really mattered to me. I am currently on the final stage, which has 100% chance for Critical Strike, dealing over 4400 Damage. This means I have to strike first, and hard, getting a critical and dealing a 1 Hit Knock Out to TQ in order to win. Now I have to play the waiting game, getting as many Attribute Cards I can in order to win. Currently my number of points, even with a gold card, are not enough to win.

Will: Will you continue to upgrade your card and take it to the Apex of the Forbidden City to challenge other opponents?
ChaosRedemp: I have already done that. The person that was number 1, I took that place from them. So sorry to ^ChiChi^ from Sirius/Canopus for taking their place.

Will: That was awesome! So you're now the #1 player in the rankings. Are you worried about other players challenging you and taking your rank?
ChaosRedemp: Nope, if they want it, they can have it. Although I may get bored and take it back.

Will: Okay, on a scale of 1-10, what will you give this event so far?
ChaosRedemp: Uniqueness, I would give it a 10. Entertainment, I would also give a 10. Practicality for normal players to do well, well that is a 7. Since the Attribute Point cards rely heavily on your ability to do things like Banshee and crediting.

Will: Well, I wish you good luck in both the Sky Path and Apex of the Forbidden City in the coming days. Nice chatting with you here!
ChaosRedemp: Thanks for having me, Will.
