Details:
1. Visit Lucio (Twin City 273,385) to take the quest.
2. The dancers near Lucio (Twin City 273,385) are showing you the dance. The gentlemen learn from the dancing boys, and the ladies learn from the dancing girls.
3. If you`re able to copy the dancers' moves respectively, you can claim a Festival Joy Pack and 3 bottles of Olympic Holy Water from Lucio (Twin City 273,385).
4. Everyday, the person who first completes 3 dances will be titled the Best Dancer and can claim an extra Dragon Ball. Remember, the rewards should be claimed on the day you participate.
