Step 1: July 22nd 00:00 - July 24th 23:59 US Server Time
Login to the event page to reserve your privilege pack.
Step 2: July 25th 00:00 - August 25th 23:59 US Server Time
1) Create a character in the new server;
2) Login to the event page to claim your privilege packs;
3) Receive your privilege packs from your in-game mailbox.
