Level Cap of Perfection
You may find you are not able to continue tempering your equipment after you temper it for several times. That’s because you haven’t unlocked your Level Cap of Perfection to the next phase.
According to the picture above, it requires 20 pieces of equipment of 9 Stars in a server to unlock the Level Cap of Moon. Otherwise, players are not able to continue tempering.
Perfection Effect
Perfection effect will be activated according to your Perfection level. Different Perfection level will give you different bonus effects, like Revival, Comfort, Immunity, Unshackle, Cooling and more. Of course, higher the Perfection level, better the effects.
