As of earlier today, we've found that there is a hiccup for the list of eligible participants announced by the NPC in game for the Elite Cross-server Team PK contest. However, before the contest comes about, we'd like to inform all players that the list of eligible participants isn't yet to be finalised, and we're working on the final list right now.
The final list of eligible participants will be announced exclusively here on the official site at 23:59, Dec. 8th PST. Please stay tuned to the official webpage for the up-to-date information pertaining to the Elite Cross-server Team PK.
