1, Talk to Imperial Envoy (Twin City, 428, 379) and find out during Feb 1 to Feb 10, you will have the chance to obtain Red Envelopes, Gold Ingots, Silver Ingots and Lily Seeds by killing all the monsters inhabit in the conquer world.
2, Find Imperial Envoy (Twin City, 428, 379) again to claim your fireworks or packs after you get the materials she wants. Don't be surprised if you get the Hare Tokens from the firework. Use it and talk to Lucky Hare (Twin City, 377, 336) and you can purchase special festival items.
