Captor Zhang (Twin City 300,304), gives you the quest, issues the Hunter Certificates to you.
Details:
1. Go to visit Captor Zhang (Twin City 300,304). He is recruiting heroes of 2nd-reborn.
2. He hopes you can help him retrieve the lost royal treasures. He'll give you a Witness Statement and also a Royal Reset Scroll. You can open the scroll to change the task whenever you want.
3. Go to kill the suspicious monster leader according to the statement. While killing the monster leader, you'll have a chance to get a Treasure Map or a Treasure Diary. If it's a diary, you should read and know who has the Treasure Map.

4. The Treasure Map has marked the locations of the treasures. While digging for the treasures, you may also harvest surprises. There are 4 levels of rummage tasks: A, B, C and S. Completing the S-level task will earn yourself an S-Level Monster Tag. Meanwhile, you can collect Monster Tags from the criminal monsters to exchange for the Hunter Certificate before December 2nd. If you crown the Top Hunter, you'll be rewarded with a 30-day Tender Flame (-1% Damage).
5. How to become a 5-Star Hunter?
- ) Accept the task from Captor Zhang in Twin City (300,304), and go hunt down the specific boss to obtain a monster tag.
- ) Collect 15 different monster tags, and exchange them for a 1-Star Hunter Certificate with Captor Zhang.
- ) Collect 2 1-Star Hunter Certificates, and exchange it for a 3-Star Hunter Certificate.
- ) Collect 2 3-Star Hunter Certificates, and exchange it for a 5-Star Hunter Certificate. Once you get a 5-Star Hunter Certificate, you'll become a 5-Star hunter!
When you're a 5-Star Hunter and you happen to own a Level S Monster Tag, then you'll be rewarded with a 30-day special garment, Tender Flame!
