During 6.16 to 7.16, every hero can get Fan Points by handing on Cheer Horn to Kidane (Twin City 259,230). Every Cheer Horn can get 1 Fan Point. Cheer Horn can be obtained from following ways.

Heroes can purchase the Cheer Horn from Harvey (Twin City 264,230) with 29 CPs directly. And heroes can also hand on 1,700,000 Silver to cheer and get 1 fan point.
Carnival Mode
During 6.29 - 7.14, there will be a carnival mode for you. Becken (Twin City 254,224) will transport heroes to carnival map by handing on 1 Cheer Horn once a day. In the map, heroes can jump into any one halo to get random reward. Once you get more than 50 Fan Points in total, there may be golden halo in the map.
Reward
By consuming Fan Points, hero can exchange many gift from Pirlo (Twin City 254,230).
