1. Visit Machmaker Kiu (Wind Plain 298,385) to learn the quest details.
2. People believe that leaving the Heart Lock on the bridge symbolizes their eternal love. If you've reached level 80 or get reborn and you want to pray for everlasting love, go and claim your Heart Lock and Heart Key from Machmaker Kiu.
3. After you get a Heart Lock and a Heart Key, go to the bridge (589,355) on the southeast of Wind Plain, and right click to hang the Heart Lock. Then, throw the Heart Key over the bridge (132,345) in the northeast. Don't forget to claim a reward from Matchmaker Kiu after finishing these things.
