Since the Return of the Lost Guild Members event launched on March 18th, 2009, players reported that sometimes they failed to login to the event site and the event data is not updated in real time. We offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
Problem 1: The event data is not updated in real time.
Answer 1: As the event data is too large, it takes about 4 days to transfer the new data from the game server to the event server. When you get the old data, please kindly wait until the data is updated.
Problem 2: Some Players failed to login to the event site.
Answer 2: Every day, the program begins to save the data at 02:00 PDT (GMT-7). This process takes about 4 hours. During this period, all data related operations will be temporarily unavailable, including logging into the event site, checking your guild status, etc.
