Here We Announce Our Authorized Distributors

We have been investigating the sales of our scratch cards over the last 3 months. Finally, we selected 4 officially authorized distributors to sell our scratch cards according to their superior performance, achievements and honors:

From now on we, Entertainment Inc., will only provide scratch cards to these 4 authorized distributors and deal with any problems they may confront in the card selling process. These authorized distributors shall take responsibility for any cases raised by wholesalers and end-users, which means any purchase orders that are not from these 4 authorized distributors will not be accepted by CO Digital Entertainment Inc.. Furthermore, the deposit from wholesalers and end-users will be directly forwarded to these 4 authorized distributors.

The authorized distributors shall take responsibility to distribute scratch cards to wholesalers (ordering over or equivalent to 25 units of product per time) and end-users (ordering less than 25 units of product per time). In addition, they should also keep the retail price for the end-user at 39.9 EGP for the A card and 82.9 EGP for the B card. Higher or lower retail prices will not be allowed; those distributors who do not comply with these restrictions; i.e selling the product at the incorrect price, will have their selling rights revoked and shall no longer be our authorized distributors.

This decision was made to further enhance Entertainment Inc.'s assurance of standard value and security for the respected players of our games. It is but one of the ongoing changes we plan to incorporate in the near future to achieve a higher standard in both quality and service.
