We are pleased to announce the release of Patch 5013 on Feb. 20 to hopefully solve the login problems on the server groups from Wonders to Myths. (Those servers are taking a long time to connect, especially in weekends.) Due to performing server-side diagnosis and maintenance, today's downtime will take a little longer.
If you still have the login problems after the server maintenance and patch 5013 completed, please report it on the forum or get instant help by LIVE SUPPORT.
Note: Before you install patch, please make sure that you have completely exited the client, or you will fail to update the client successfully.
Please download and install the Conquer patches as below:
(1) Save the patches in conquer folder
(2) Open the conquer folder, double click on the patch icon to install, then you will bypass the autopatch and reach the login windows directly.
