Storyline:
John is providing a quest for you in Twin City since he is lazy to find his brother Richard who enjoys roaming around the city very much. Besides, he doesn`t like to talk with strangers, so if you are not patient enough, you cannot find him at all.

Richard, Twin City (Roaming around the Twin City)
Level Requirements:
Everyone can do this quest.
Rewards:
1,000 silver or... (Find it by yourself : D)
Walkthrough:
1. Talk to John, he will give you a letter.
2. Take the letter to find Richard or he won`t talk to you at all. Be patient because Richard is an irascible guy and he roams around each corner of Twin City.
