1. Talk to Fireworks Handler (Twin City, 432, 215) to get the details.
2. The fireworks show will be held during the first 5 minutes of every two hour period (0:00, 02:00, 04:00, 06:00 and so on).
3. If you watch the show, you will receive Blessing time, EXP and a Premium Pack!
4. If you are lucky, there are another 8 Premium Packs will be dropped onto the ground. Grab as many as you can!
