Retrieving Gifts | Arrow Throwing

Requirements: Level 40 or above

Time: Nov. 23^rd - Nov. 28^th

Reward: Strength Pack, Wisdom Pack

NPC: Festival Envoy (Twin City 374, 339); Officer Chang (Twin City 422, 388); Pirate Octopus (They are scattered in Twin City and Phoenix Castle)

Walkthrough:

1. The Festival Envoy will tell you to find Officer Chang in Twin City.

2. Officer Chang will tell the story about this latest trouble, then ask you to help him retrieve gifts that have been stolen by the Pirate Octopus Gang.

3. There are two options for you when you are trying to get the gifts back for him.

4. You should get the quest items you need, but how you get them depends on your choice.

5. Hand in the recovered gifts to Officer Chang and get your reward!

Note:
1. You can only complete the quest up to 3 times a day.
2. You will need to rest for at least 10 minutes after completing a round, before you can start a new round.
