Guild Event: Alchemy Challenge

Walkthrough:
- Talk to Alchemist Bao to get the details of this fantastic event.
- There are 2 rounds in this contest. Each round lasts 1 day from 00:00-23:59.
- Guild leaders have to come claim an Alchemy Token from Alchemist Bao (Twin City, 449, 367) which they will use to summon an oven in the event map, the Alchemy Lab.
- Guild members can talk to Alchemist Bao (Twin City, 449, 367) to enter the Lab and make the elixirs in the oven.
- There are 2 kinds of alchemy: Experimental and Recipe based. Recipe based alchemy has a better chance to make an elixir, but it requires an Ancient Herb, Devil Essence, Ancient Potion and an Alchemy Recipe. You can buy the Alchemy Recipe from the Roaming Taoist (Twin City, 442 329). Only 10 of them are available, each hour. The Experimental Alchemy is easy, as it doesn’t require the Alchemy Recipe, but it has a lower chance of making an elixir.
- You can collect the Devil Essence from the monsters in the world of Conquer. It comes in 5 grades, with different grades producing the different elixirs. If you have a Super Essence, you will have the chance to make Super Elixir, which is worth more. Normal Essences can be obtained from the Wind Plain, Maple Forest and Love Canyon. Refined Essences – Desert, Unique – Bird Island, Elite – Mystic Cave and Super Essences – Frozen Grotto. Don’t forget you can’t get them if you 20 levels higher than the monsters.
- You can collect Ancient Herbs near Twin City (374,453), Phoenix Castle (400,110), Ape City (651,512), Desert City (250,422) and Bird Island (646,672).
- You can buy the Ancient Potions from the Store Keeper in Twin City (475, 351).
- Once you make 30 elixirs, you will receive a Guild Member Pack, which you can get up to 5 packs, each day. The guild that makes the most elixirs will be named the champion, and the guild leader should come claim their prize within 24 hours after the contest! Don’t forget it!
Note:
- There are 2 rounds in this contest. Don’t forget to claim another Token and make a new oven from the NPC when the 2nd round starts, on July 24th.
- Only the Guild Leaders can claim the Token. The Guild members need to talk to Alchemist Bao (Twin City, 449, 367) to enter the event map.
- When making an elixir, no matter whether it is successful or not, you will receive some EXP. You can get this EXP up to 6 times, per day.
- If you make an elixir successfully, you can use it to get some Exp Ball Scraps, but only 10 elixirs can be used per day.
- You won’t get the Devil Essences if your level is 20 levels higher than the monsters you kill.
- If you make 30 elixirs for your guild, you can get a Guild Member Pack, up to 5 times a day.
- You can check which guild did best by speaking with Alchemist Bao (Twin City, 449, 367).
