Celebrities - Server Hebby, I'm sure allot of people don't know why it's called like that! Never thought about it myself either, that was until I heard those servers were named after old players. Here I am talking to one of those people that has a server named by their "Ign". Let's welcome Hebby:
Roefl: Well Hello Sarah! Or should I say Hebby, how are you?
Hebby: I'm doing good, how are you?
Roefl: Haha, I'm fine, just been busy for awhile like work/school etc. Mind telling me/us something about yourself?
Hebby: I live in Waled, UK. I am 25 years old, female and I'm just finishing off a Masters degree and I work as a university tutor and Primary school teacher. I'm always busy hehe.
Roefl: Sure sounds like you are, so how long have you been playing Conquer Online?
Hebby: I started playing Conquer since hmmmm October 2003. I was in my final year of high school then, I remember much of the games were still being translated to English. There was just one server named "English", if you had Unique items back then you were awesome, Godly if you had Elites or Supers.
Roefl: Wow, I see, that was some time ago! Now what about the server "Hebby", how did the server get your name?
Hebby: I was so fortunate for the community back in 2004/2005 to vote for me as celebrity. At that time I had quite a dominant presence on the forum, as well as many people from different servers knew of me. I don't know if at the time my items were 'godly' for me to have been voted as having good gears etc. Many who told me they had voted for me said it was because of how helpful I was in game and on the forum.
Roefl: I see, and what about the World PK Tournament, are you going to participate?
Hebby: Indeed I will, I've seen screenshots about people that won the elite PK tourney in the preliminary matched, those gear are awesome! It will be fun, I need to practice my running and stealth zapping hehe.
Roefl: Aah, you are a Fire-Taoist then I think you can come really far into the tournament. These days Fire-Taoist really are overpowered don't you think?
Hebby: Hmm I wouldn't think they are overpowered... Really I wouldn't... Every class has its strength, I would say melee characters are still stronger. From doing arena, I get splatted from those with lower Battle Power than me.
Roefl: Haha, sometimes they are a pain in the ass though. And Sarah, seems you love Conquer Online since you've been playing for ages. But what is something in Conquer Online you don't like?
Hebby: Hmmm, The times! Like PK tourney or guild wars, 4AM! I agree 160% on that it is really annoying sometimes missing all the fun things.
Roefl: Then what about the thing you love the most about Conquer Online?
Hebby: I love the interaction from the players, the diverse community. I have met so many people through conquer from all parts of the world that I wouldn't have otherwise.
Roefl: Ahaa, Sarah, coming to my last question, that will be! Do you have anything to say to the readers and/or your friends?
Hebby: Firstly, thank you! The readers and community are who make Conquer what it is. I love the game due to that, it is what brings people into Conquer. Keep enjoying the game, I am sure there will be more fun things to come just as has been over the 7 years I have played. Ooo and if you see me please don't zap me or clobber me with your weapon, I am sensitive hehehe ^_^ - give me a headstart first.
