[Tips] What is Better Talisman or Items?

This is my firs tip, and I am going to talk about what should you do, make better your talismans or your items.

To be on point, if you are an archer, ninja or fire/water Tao that use Backsword you should make talismans stronger, but if you are Trojan, warrior, water Tao melee, fire Tao melee make items stronger.
